NOTES: Nose: fruity and malty, like a fruit salad with shortbreads, old wood and flowers, lilies and dandelions, turning into eucalyptus and tea leaves.
Palate: fruit salad and pepper, peaches, pastries, fudge.
Finish: medium, spicy with eucalyptus again and a touch of thyme.
